RETURNS: All items may be returned for a full refund. Email us and we will give you the correct return address to send the item to, and credit your credit card.

FREE SHIPPING: We usually ship the day after we receive an order.

We pay shipping charges for USPS First Class and Parcel Post Mail via the US Post Office in the United States. This usually takes 5 to 7 working days to arrive.

IF YOU WISH A FASTER TYPE OF SHIPPING we offer Priority Mail (3-4 days to arrive) for an extra $10.00 We are often on the road at shows so we are not able to offer Express Mail. You can choose Priority Mail on the order form when you check out. If the charges exceed this amount you will be contacted for approval before we ship.

SALES TAX: We do not charge sales tax.

Has my order been shipped - what is the status of my order?

We ship all orders within a few days of receiving them. We will email you if your order has been delayed. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER AND FEEL IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE BY NOW PLEASE EMAIL US. WE WILL EITHER RESHIP YOUR ORDER AT NO CHARGE OR REFUND YOUR MONEY, YOUR CHOICE.

How are my orders shipped?

We ship via the US Post Office either First Class (under 13 ounces) or Parcel Post (over 13 ounces).

Can I pay for faster shipping?

Yes, you can choose Priority Mail for an extra $5.00.

I received my order but it is not complete, broken, or not the right items?

Email us at the email address above and we will make the order correct at no extra charge.

I made a mistake on my order, how can I fix it?

Email us at the email address above with the changes and we will update your order if it has not been shipped.

I never received confirmation of my order?

We email confirmation for every order. If you did not receive confirmation it is most likely we were not given your correct email address. Just email us and we will confirm your order.

How long will it take my order to reach me?

We are in California so if you live far from here it may take 5 - 7 working days if you chose Free Shipping via First Class or Parcel Post. Priority Mail takes 3-4 days.

When will an item marked "OUT OF STOCK" be back in stock?

Usually in a few weeks. Email us and tell us what you would like and we will email you when it comes in.

How can I buy large quantities of your items at lower prices?

Do you ship outside the US?

No - We have experienced too many problems shipping outside the US - import fees, fraud, customs regulation that change daily, and theft. An exception to this is we will ship to members of the US Armed Forces stationed overseas with APO/FPO addresses.

Usually we cannot. What you see in the item description is all we know.

Since 1991. We have been on the web since 1998 and in Yahoo Shopping since 1999.

No

We do sell some items at events and in our store that are not on our web site.

Can you make custom items with logos or special designs?

No, we only have the items listed on our site.

Do you offer shipping with other carriers?

We do not offer UPS or Federal Express or other carriers because are items are small and all of these carriers cost alot more than the US Post Office for similar service.
